“Attorney Todd O’Malley and the law firm of O’Malley & Langan, in my opinion supports the working people and their unions in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. O’Malley and his law firm does this by both representing the disabled worker and by also involving the law firm in issues important to the labor community.

The law firm of O’Malley & Langan has for a decade sponsored an advertisement in the Union News, publishing in Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. The newspaper serves the working people and their unions. Sponsoring the advertisement in my judgment only reinforces that the law firm supports the labor community. I personally believe Attorney O’Malley is pro-union, pro-worker and is extremely sensitive to the legal needs of injured workers and their families.”

“Thank you for your firm’s show of support during the recent informational picket at a local construction site. Although the weather was frigid, it sure warmed our hearts knowing the community and area businessmen like yourself, supported us. The coffee and support you gave us shows your firm’s commitment to the working families of Northeastern PA. Once again, please give your staff a special thanks for their support.”

“On behalf of all of the affiliated unions of the Scranton Building and Construction Trades Council, I want to thank you for the assistance and support given to us at the recent area standards picket line we had at the Ice Box Skating Rink.

Whether you brought coffee, doughnuts, and/or sandwiches, or gave us financial support, or just stopped by to express your encouragement and backing for us, it was most gratefully appreciated and will always be remembered."
