Mary D. Walsh-Dempsey is a partner in the law firm of O’Malley & Langan, which has offices located in Scranton, Pittston and Towanda.
Ms. Dempsey graduated from the University of Scranton in 1988 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. She earned her J.D. in 1991 from the Dickinson School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Middle District Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, a Board Member for the Workplace Injury Law and Advocacy Group, President (2007-2008) of the Lackawanna County Association of Women Lawyers, an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy, and a Board Member for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers.
Mary frequently writes and lectures on Workers’ Compensation and Employment Law.
Mary is also the founder of the Employment Discrimination Center, a subsidiary of O’Malley and Langan, P.C., that handles all aspects of employment discrimination and litigation.
