Jerry J. Palmaioli

Case Manager

Jerry works within the Workers’ Compensation and Employment Discrimination practices on cases pending with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to joining O’Malley and Langan, Jerry worked for Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11) where he handled issues with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. He was instrumental in developing and managing legislation dealing with the U.S. Department of Labor Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program, which compensated njured beryllium workers and surviving adult children and harmed by exposure to beryllium, radiation or other hazards while working at nuclear weapons plants during the Cold War, including those injured at a now-closed plant in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania.

Jerry is a graduate of Wilkes University earning a B.A. in Political Science and a paralegal certification from Pennsylvania State University. After successfully publishing and defending his thesis, Jerry earned his M.A. in Political Science from East Stroudsburg University.

Jerry resides in Shavertown with his wife, Tracey, and daughter, Alana.
