Sara has worked as a Legal Office Assistant at O’Malley & Langan since 2000.
She assists the case managers in the Scranton office with job tasks that need immediate attention. Her job duties vary day to day making for an unpredictable and exciting work atmosphere.
While Sara has Down Syndrome, it has not prevented her from performing at work or with her social commitments on many local Boards.
She is a motivational speaker that speaks on behalf of people with Down Syndrome and other disabilities.
By serving on the National Down Syndrome Society Board of Directors and the ARC of NEPA in Scranton and the State Board in Harrisburg, Sara takes on the role in stride of being an self-advocate for people with disabilities.
