Lowe's Class Action Update

Lowe’s is reporting that it has reached a tentative settlement for the nationwide overtime lawsuit.

This settlement does not affect your rights in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Attorneys for the Ohio and Pennsylvania current and former Lowe’s employees have begun the mediation process. No details can be published at this time. More information will be forthcoming when the mediation process is completed.
