Christina T. Novajosky

Christina works primarily out of our Scranton office focusing her practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment discrimination and social security. She graduated from the University of Scranton obtaining her B.S. in Criminal Justice and procured her Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Christina is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the Federal Bar Association, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Association Justice where she was a member of the Board of Governors for the New Lawyers Forum for two years, Lackawanna County Association of Women Lawyers (Treasurer 2000-2001) (President 2001-2002) and the Work Place Injury Law and Advocacy Group.

In 1999, Christina was asked to speak to the Honor Society at North Pocono High School, her alma mater, at their annual awards ceremony. When she was a member of the young lawyers of Lackawanna County, she spoke to students at the North Pocono Elementary Center regarding the justice system in conjunction with Law Day.

Christina has attended yearly National Employment Discrimination seminars, is a founding partner of the “Employment Discrimination Center” and has been a keynote speaker at the Pennsylvania Return to Work Issues in Workers’ Compensation seminar on four separate occasions.

Christina’s article, “Dealing With Our Client’s Financial Concerns Ethically”, was published in The New Lawyer Forum, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Supplement to TRIAL, Winter 2001.
