 Michelle
received her Paralegal degree from Penn State University.
The majority of her job consists of handling worker's
compensation files on a daily basis. Michelle also
focuses on the preparation of personal injury files
and organizes them for presentation at trial. She
is the one to whom everyone turns to handle our complex
product liability and employment files pending with
the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Michelle is a Paralegal Affiliate
of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, a
member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer's Association,
and also a recipient of a Certificate Award in Settlement
Negotiations and Trial Preparation at a seminar in
Houston, Texas. Michelle has attended the Philo Atkinson
21 Hour Invitational Seminar in Detroit, Michigan,
which focuses on product liability and safety issues.

her husband, Tom, and daughter, Lauren. |
