Mary
D. Walsh-Dempsey received a B.S. in Criminal Justice
from the University of Scranton in 1988 before attaining
her Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law
in 1991. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association,
the Middle District of Pennsylvania Chapter of the
Federal Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association,
the National Employment Lawyers Association Group,
a sustaining member of the Workplace Injury Litigation
Group, Lackawanna County Association of Women Lawyers,
an Advocate of the National College of Advocacy, and
a Board Member for the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial
Lawyers.
Mary is the author
of “Vocational Rehabilitation – Post Caso”
for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers. She also authored
the “2003 Workers’ Compensation Update”
for the Lackawanna Bar Association and presented it
at a seminar on November 1, 2003.
Mary is the founder
of the “Employment Discrimination Center”,
a subsidiary of O’Malley & Langan, P.C.,
that handles aspects of employment discrimination,
litigation and fair labor standards act.
