“Attorney Lucas was
pleasant, congenial and empathetic. She is a great
asset to the O’Malley & Langan Law Firm.
Questions regarding the status of my case were promptly
answered and thoroughly explained. You are an A-1,
“blue chip” legal firm.”
“Mary Anne kept me informed
and returned any calls concerning my case. She is
very professional, polite and friendly. Continue
doing the wonderful job you do. I never felt stupid
or foolish with any of my questions and that is
truly important. Great job!”

“All my
calls were always handled professionally and efficiently
– concerns, inquiries addressed immediately.
I always knew what was going on and received copies
of correspondence, etc. I was impressed with the
firm the first time I went into the office. Having
Mary Ann as my attorney and Ann Marie as my paralegal
were extra “perks” and made the experience
very pleasant. I do consider you my personal attorney
and will never hesitate to refer anyone for your
professional services. Someday I hope your firm
expands and you have a site in Wilkes-Barre, as
well.”
“I did
receive advice from another law office first and
decided I wasn’t getting anywhere with them.
After talking to Attorney Lucas for the first time,
I was so relieved to hear the time she would take
to help and also I had immediate results at my first
meeting. [At O’Malley & Langan] I was
very satisfied. Right to the very end, Attorney
Lucas was available and very reassuring.”
