Deb resides in Towanda, Pennsylvania
along with husband, Asher Morris.
Deb is an associate in our Towanda
office. Previously, Deb was employed by Northern PA
Legal Services, Inc., the local grantee of the National
Legal Services Corporation for Bradford, Lackawanna,
Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties,
as its managing attorney.
Prior to pursuing a legal career,
Deb was employed by the Texas Research Institute for
Mental Sciences, a public research division of the
Texas Department of Mental Health, as a research specialist.
Deb was a member of a multi-disciplinary team, which
conducted research trials and published results in
the areas of schizophrenia, anxiety and Alzheimer’s
disease. Deb was a named author in journals, which
included The British Journal of Psychiatry, and the
International Journal of Neuropsychology.
Deb received a Bachelor of Science
degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo,
Michigan and a Master of Public Health from the University
of Texas Health and Science Center at Houston. She
received her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College
of Law in Houston, Texas. Deb is a member of the Bradford
County Bar Association serving as Chair of the Law
Day committee for the past five years. She also serves
as an editor for the Bradford County Law Journal.
Deb is currently serving as a Board Member of the
Pennsylvania Court Appointed Special Advocate Program.
Deb is an avid gardener and a member of the Towanda
Garden Club. |
